Shipping policy

All the orders are printed on demand and shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. It takes 2 to 3 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once an order is fulfilled we ship it to your desired destination. We provide a tracking code with every order so you can check the status and the whereabouts of your package.

Pick up / Delivery of products
Purchased products may be picked up at designated distribution points. In case you wish to receive your parcel via courier, this should be indicated during the purchase process of the product(s) so as for the corresponding additional charge to be calculated.

For collection failure, customers are responsible for covering all the return fees and re-delivery charges if they wish us to resend their parcel.
